Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR processes, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong HR generalist experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage HR operations including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence Act as point of contact for employee queries and relations Maintain and manage HRMS and personnel records Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams Generate and analyze HR reports for management Desired Candidate Profile: 915 years of experience in HR Operations / Generalist roles Strong understanding of HR policies, payroll, and compliance Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Graduate with MBA in HR or related field (preferred) High level of integrity and confidentiality Skills Required: HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll, Compliance, HRMS, Onboarding, HR Policies, MIS Reporting, Statutory Compliance, Vendor Management
