Roles and Responsibilities Manage HR generalist activities, including employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of HR operations. Oversee payroll processing for multiple entities across India and manage statutory compliances related to PF, ESIC, Gratuity Act etc. Ensure accurate and timely completion of all HR tasks while maintaining high levels of quality control. Provide support in implementing new HR initiatives and processes within the organization. Desired Candidate Profile 4-8 years of experience in Human Resource Management or a related field. Strong understanding of HR coordination, generalist activities, payroll processing (PF/ESIC/Gratuity Act), and statutory compliance requirements. Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word/Excel) with knowledge of ERP systems an added advantage.
