Role & responsibilities Responsible for managing joining formalities, employee onboarding, documentation, and induction support. • Handle employee grievances by addressing concerns professionally and maintaining smooth employee relations. • Manage daily attendance, leave records, and ensure accurate and timely updates in the HR system. • Organize employee engagement activities to support a positive and motivating work environment. • Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, and Professional Tax by coordinating with respective government bodies, ensuring timely processing and accurate record maintenance. • Coordinate with site teams for manpower updates, attendance verification, statutory requirements, and overall HR support at site locations. • Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy. • Support payroll processing by providing attendance data, statutory inputs, and required documentation. • Assist in performance review processes, confirmation documentation, and appraisal-related support. • Handle day-to-day HR operations and provide necessary administrative support for smooth functioning across departments. • Support recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination as required. • Ensure HR policies, company guidelines, and disciplinary procedures are communicated and followed effectively.
