MANAGER-FINANCE

About RTIH

Role Overview

Manager Finance

Key Responsibilities

A. Financial Management & Accounting

books of accounts

day-to-day accounting operations

budget preparation

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

cash flow, bank balances, and fund utilization

Delegation of Authority (DoA)

B. Statutory Compliance & Audit

GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity

statutory returns

statutory, internal, and grant audits

Utilization Certificates (UCs)

Maintain audit trails and financial records for review by Finance Committee and Board.

C. Banking & Fund Management

banking operations

Track grant receipts, CSR inflows, and project-wise expenditure.

grant-funded and CSR projects

D. Procurement & Financial Controls

Finance & Procurement Policy

vendor empanelment, invoice verification, and payment processing

approved budgets and DoA limits

Maintain vendor records and financial documentation for audit and compliance.

E. Systems, MIS & Digital Tools

Tally ERP / accounting software

digital finance tools

Generate periodic dashboards and reports for management review.

F. Coordination & Support

Spoke finance teams

APIS, auditors, banks, and government departments

Provide finance-related inputs for program teams and management decisions.

Qualifications & Experience

CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com

4-6 years

Section 8 companies, non-profits, government projects, CSR-funded programs, or PPP environments

ROC/MCA filings

Core Competencies

accounting, compliance, and financial controls

public fund utilisation norms

Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial MIS systems

Attention to detail with strong analytical and reconciliation skills.

Hub-and-Spoke organizational structure

Good communication and documentation skills.

Program & Operations teams

Spoke finance staff

Auditors, APIS, and statutory authorities

A disciplined and detail-oriented finance professional who can ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and transparency, while supporting RTIHs mission of building a robust innovation and startup ecosystem in Andhra Pradesh.
