Role Overview


We are seeking a Manager – Product Marketing & Campaign Execution to lead omni-channel marketing initiatives for our AI, Digital Solutions, and Partnerships businesses. This role will be responsible for developing positioning and messaging, building compelling content, executing integrated campaigns, and managing website flows to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of product marketing expertise, campaign execution excellence, and strong project management skills. You will partner with industry marketing, product, and sales enablement teams to define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, lead and/or support multiple product/solution launches, optimize website experiences and manage integrated campaigns across digital, events, and partner channels.

You excel at crafting compelling narratives, messaging frameworks, and content that resonate with enterprise buyers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Work collaboratively with industry marketing teams to craft and execute multi-channel marketing strategies, aligning horizontal messaging to global industry campaigns.
    • Manage the full life cycle of solutions and product launches and campaigns, from concept development to post-execution performance reviews.
    • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, sales enablement, and external agencies, to ensure alignment, accuracy, and success.
  • Content & Messaging
    • Define and evolve messaging frameworks and value propositions for assigned solutions and products, ensuring clarity, differentiation, and alignment to GTM priorities.
    • Oversee the development of marketing collateral (solution briefs, whitepapers, case studies, sales decks, web copy) and guide team/agency resources in execution.
    • Shape narratives tailored to enterprise buyer personas and the customer journey, ensuring consistency across campaigns, launches, and digital experiences.
  • Product GTM & Website
    • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for designated products and partner co-marketing initiatives.
    • Own and manage website updates, user journeys, and content flow for relevant solution and product pages, ensuring accuracy, engagement, and conversion focus.
    • Collaborate with product, design, and digital marketing teams to create seamless campaigns and web experiences that enhance buyer engagement.
  • Growth, Insights & Optimization
    • Lead the development and refinement of go-to-market strategies by applying data, insights, and best practices to solution and product launches.
    • Translate performance analytics, buyer insights, and customer feedback into actionable improvements for launch planning, messaging, and campaign execution.
    • Oversee competitive intelligence and market trend analysis to inform solution positioning, strengthen differentiation, and guide launch direction.
  • Project Management & Ownership
    • Maintain accountability for deliverables using tools such as Wrike, ensuring all projects are on track, organized, and meeting deadlines.
    • Provide clear, actionable updates and feedback loops to optimize processes and enhance campaign performance.
    • Manage campaign budgets, results, and forecasts once briefs are approved.


Education Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, in marketing/business-related discipline


Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in marketing campaign execution, GTM strategies, or product marketing in a B2B environment.
  • Adept at translating complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging. Strong background in product positioning, messaging, and storytelling for complex solutions.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation, pipeline management, and the marketing-sales funnel.
  • Proven expertise in project management and working with diverse stakeholders across marketing, product, and external agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing campaign budgets, forecasting, and outcomes.
  • Deep knowledge and ability to apply marketing principles such as content marketing, account-based marketing, and buyer personas effectively.
  • Technical proficiency in using marketing tools and understanding campaign performance metrics.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively to senior stakeholders.
  • Skilled at creating and guiding the development of high-impact marketing content.
  • Strong knowledge of analytics discipline, and key trends, topics and issues specific to market, including data management and digital innovations (AI, ML, NLP, RPA).
  • A collaborative mindset with leadership qualities that inspire teams to achieve shared goals.
