Job Description

As a

Manager

in our

customer

team you ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

Required Skills

End-to-End Implementation: At least one full Oracle CPQ Cloud implementation, covering all stages from design to go-live.
Commerce: Setting up pricing, and promotions.
Configuration: Configuring product rules and pricing logic for Telecom services.
BML (BigMachines Scripting Language): Customizing business logic and pricing calculations.

Good to have

Strong experience with Telecom-specific products, pricing models, and quoting processes.
Integration: Integrating Oracle CPQ with CRM, ERP, and other Telecom systems

Desired qualifications

Education: Any Graduate
Relevant 9-11 years of experience in Oracle CX skillsets - CPQ, Sales , Service etc
Certification: Oracle CPQ Cloud certification.
