About the Role

Cirrus Chemical is seeking an experienced Manager for its gas operations in Alwar. The role is responsible for overseeing daily operations, safety and compliance, business development, and leading a high-performing team to ensure efficient plant and distribution activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of gas production, filling, and distribution according to industry standards and company SOPs.
• Drive plant efficiency, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of technical and operational staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
• Ensure strict adherence to all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Build and maintain key client relationships in the region, managing contracts and resolving escalated issues.
• Identify opportunities for new business, product diversification, and process optimization.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecast resource and supply chain requirements, and monitor KPIs.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, auditors, and stakeholders as required.
