Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Solar Electrical Engineer to join our team at Lords Chloro Alkali Limited in Alwar, Rajasthan. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining solar electrical systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant codes and standards. This role involves working on solar power projects from conception to completion, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development:

• Design and develop electrical systems for solar power projects, including power distribution, control, and protection systems.
• Ensure designs comply with local and international electrical codes and safety standards.

• Project Management:

• Implement solar energy projects from conception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.

• Solar System Installation and Maintenance:

• Supervise the installation and monitoring of solar systems on various platforms (ground, flat, pitched).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in solar system operations.

• Technical Knowledge and Documentation:

• Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation for solar energy systems.
• Participate in R&D to improve solar panel technology and electrical systems.

• Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to enhance processes and maintain profitability.
• Develop specifications for required equipment.

Required Qualifications:

• Educational Background:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BEE) or equivalent.

• Experience:

• At least 3-8 years of experience in solar electrical engineering, preferably in solar power projects.
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, electrical systems, and power electronics.

• Skills:

• Understanding of SCADA, remote monitoring systems, and solar analytics.
• Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, electrical work, and structural installations.
