Job Description: Civil Engineer Location: Alwar, Rajasthan Company: Lords Chloro Alkali Limited Experience: 1-3 Years (Project Experience) Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage ongoing construction activities at the project site to ensure timely and quality completion. Take accurate site measurements and verify quantities related to project works. Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor compliance with safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare daily progress reports and maintain documentation related to site activities. Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution to meet deadlines and budgetary requirements. Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any technical or structural issues. Liaise with design engineers and other stakeholders to address project requirements and modifications. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute. 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in civil engineering projects, preferably in construction site supervision. Skills and Competencies Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and material specifications. Proficient in site measurement, quantity verification, and interpreting engineering drawings. Good communication and coordination skills for effective stakeholder management. Ability to work independently and manage multiple project tasks efficiently. Knowledge of safety and quality standards applicable to civil engineering projects. .
