Job Description Designation : Interior Engineer or Supervisor- Sample House Execution Industry : Real Estate Developer Location : Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: •Oversee and manage the execution of all interior works for sample houses, including flooring, wall treatments, ceilings, lighting, cabinetry, and furniture installation. •Ensure all work is completed according to architectural designs and specifications. •Maintain high-quality standards while adhering to design aesthetics and project timelines. •Supervise and manage internal teams and subcontractors involved in interior works (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc.). •Provide on-site direction to contractors and workers, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely. •Collaborate with project managers, architects, designers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution. •Inspect all materials and finishes to ensure they meet the required standards and specifications. •Conduct quality checks at various stages of execution to ensure precision and attention to detail. •Address any defects or inconsistencies promptly, implementing corrective actions as necessary. •Monitor and control costs related to interior execution, ensuring work is completed within budget. •Assist in sourcing and procuring materials, ensuring cost-effective options without compromising quality. •Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices during the execution of all interior works. •Monitor site conditions to ensure a safe working environment for all teams. Requirements: •Minimum 5 years of experience. •Must have experience with execution and supervision of interior projects. •Strong understanding of interior design principles. •Knowledge of material specifications and sourcing. •Experience with high-end residential projects or luxury properties. •Ability to interpret and execute high-concept interior design plans. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Ability to commute/relocate: Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
