Key Responsibilities Budget Management Oversee a projects revenues and expenses to ensure it stays within budget. Project Monitoring Work closely with project managers to define goals, objectives, budgets, and schedules. Progress Reporting Create project progress reports and make recommendations for improvements. Risk Management Develop risk mitigation strategies and analyze performance data to establish performance metrics. Coordination Coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors.
