Role & responsibilities Must have good knowledge of solar power plant designing concepts i.e DC side as well as AC side Must be able to provide support in pre bid engineering, Owners Engineering (Review of Design Documents) and Detailed engineering design. Must have knowledge and experience in developing General Arrangement Layout of PV Plant, cable routing, earthing, Lightning protection, lighting, Main Control Room, Inverter Station etc. Must have experience and knowledge in all electrical calculation and studies i.e. cable sizing, earthing, battery sizing etc. Knowledge and experience in Electrical system studies Short circuit, Load flow, relay setting and coordination etc. is preferable Must have knowledge of all relevant standards and guidelines i.e. IS, IEC, IEEE, International Guidelines, Guidelines issued by CEA, CERC, MNRE etc. Experience in independently preparing Techno-commercial feasibility study, Detailed Project Report, Resource assessment and Energy Yield Assessment for Solar PV projects Experience to carry out energy yield for solar plants independently using simulation software such as PV SYST, SAM, etc will be an added advantage Preferred candidate profile 5+ years of experience in the renewable industry, preferably in consulting, in the above areas

Key Responsibilities Budget Management Oversee a projects revenues and expenses to ensure it stays within budget. Project Monitoring Work closely with project managers to define goals, objectives, budgets, and schedules. Progress Reporting Create project progress reports and make recommendations for improvements. Risk Management Develop risk mitigation strategies and analyze performance data to establish performance metrics. Coordination Coordinate payments to subcontractors and vendors. Ensure proper document control. Team Support Offer mentoring and guidance to junior team members. Represent the team in liaising with stakeholders. Specific Expectations BD Tracking Prepare product-wise commercial pipeline reports. Track ongoing tenders. Monitor budget vs. actual BB. Announce awarded contracts. Ongoing Project Control Monthly update of BE. Track project schedule, project cost, invoicing, and collection. Follow up on payments with clients. Track client satisfaction, appreciation, and complaints. Compile product-level budget vs. actual data. Prepare various MIS reports. Track BGs submitted to clients. Role: As a Renewable Energy (Solar) Dy Manager/Manager, you will be working under the project manager for the initial few period prior to work independently as the project manager.
