Job Purpose
: The Manager – Costing & Budgeting will be responsible for independently driving cost estimation, budgeting, cost monitoring, rate analysis, and value engineering across assigned projects/sites of Godrej Properties Limited (GPL). The role involves leading cross-functional collaboration, guiding consultants/vendors, and implementing systems & process improvements to ensure robust financial control, efficiency, and risk mitigation.

Educational Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 10-12 years of experience in cost estimation, cost planning, and budgeting (billing experience an advantage)
- Prior exposure to large-scale high-rise residential/commercial projects preferred
Functional / Technical Competencies
- Expertise in project cost control, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in SAP and AutoCAD (mandatory)
- Strong cost control & value engineering skills
- Knowledge of emerging construction technologies and cost impact
- Ability to drive software adoption and process automation
