Job Description

Role Overview: As the Operations Manager, you will lead and oversee the operations team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and service excellence. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end business operations, optimizing workflows, and ensuring strict adherence to SOPs. Foster cross-functional collaboration with product, tech, legal, and client teams to align business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and overall business performance. Establish and monitor key performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards within the ODR ecosystem. Streamline processes to enhance process efficiency and stakeholder satisfaction. Act as a liaison between enterprise stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of business strategies. Identify operational challenges and proactively implement solutions to drive innovation and process excellence. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. - Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to ODR or dispute resolution. - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. - Strong understanding of SOPs, workflow automation, and operational efficiency strategies. - Proficiency in software such as MS Office, G Workspace. - Excellent written and verbal communication, and negotiation skills. - Enterprising, resilient, perseverant, and demonstrate a never give up attitude. - Willingness to go beyond the call of duty, learn, take initiative, and possess a passion to work with people for the people.,
