Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Growth & Lead Generation

  • Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities within the IT and digital marketing sectors.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, industry events, referrals, and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.

Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Develop pricing proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to maximise retention and upsell opportunities.

Strategy & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to deliver client-specific strategies.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry shifts to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams for service improvement and product innovation.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market insights.
  • Ensure all documentation—from proposals to agreements—is completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT services, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, social media, website development, branding).
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and online research platforms.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
