We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our Learning Wings Preschool Franchise Network across India. The role involves identifying potential franchise partners, explaining our business model, managing leads, conducting meetings, and closing franchise deals. Generate and manage leads for preschool franchise sales Explain franchise model, investment plans, and benefits to prospects Conduct tele-calls, Zoom meetings, and in-person visits when required Build strong relationships with potential franchise owners Achieve monthly and quarterly franchise sales targets Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns and enquiry follow-ups Maintain CRM records and daily reporting Provide support to new franchise partners during onboarding Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Work Location: In person
