Manager – Accounts & Finance at Nexrise India Infra Pvt. Ltd.

Nexrise India Infra Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee and manage the company's financial operations. This role is based in Jhotwara, Jaipur, Rajasthan, and is integral to ensuring the financial health and compliance of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire accounts and finance function of the company
• Prepare MIS reports, P&L statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances
• Manage Tally Prime accounting software with full control over data accuracy and compliance
• Manage petty cash, payroll processing, asset register, depreciation records
• Suggest process improvements for better efficiency and control
• Monitor and optimize working capital, credit control, and budgeting
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
• Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

• Accounting & Compliance
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
• Internal Controls & Risk Management
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and ensure accurate financial records.

• Team Management & Development
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring continuous professional development and maintaining high team performance.

• Financial Systems & Technology
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial processes.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data in the ERP system.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: CA, CMA, MBA (Finance), or M.Com preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 7-20 years of experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a management role.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in financial management software (Tally Prime, SAP, Google sheets, MS Office)
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of GSTR, TDS, GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations Income tax rules and regulations, ESIC, EPF and strong analysis of financial documents.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Communication: Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
