Key Responsibilities Leadership & Project Ownership Lead and mentor a team of mechanical design engineers, providing guidance on design methodologies, standards, and best practices. Own the complete mechanical design life cyclefrom concept, feasibility, prototyping, to production release. Prepare project schedules, track progress, and provide status updates to management.
