Job description : 1. Preparation of solution for technical literature, technical specs & commercial offer as well as revision/modification based on the requirement. 2. Generating feedback on budgetary proposals along with technical and commercial offer. 3. Interaction with team members and understand needs and requirements of the client and providing design inputs as per the site requirements. Also, interaction with the client if and when required to provide inputs or to take inputs. 4. Inputs to the team for RFI response. Vetting of RFI response. 5. Follow up with team to ensure their coordination with different TAK verticals for site survey and report preparation. Inputs to the different teams for gathering the different data required for preparation of solution. 6. Coordination and follow up with the team for ensuring readiness of all documents for tender and bid preparation. Vetting of all the documents before tender bid submission. 7. Follow up with the team for various ongoing cases and their development. Prepare plan and schedule for all the ongoing cases. 8. Negotiate with the OEMs for preparing the commercial bid. Vetting of final negotiated price received post final negotiation with the OEM. Also, vetting compliance of the product recommended by the OEM for the project. 9. Vetting of technical queries for all bids and reviewing uploading on various portals as per portal rules. 10. Interaction with in-house tech team and client to prepare customized solution as per requirement. Negotiate the cut throat price with the OEM as per desired solution for a fair winning probability. 11. Proactive case specific tie-up with the OEM based on probable solution and best product. 12. Update status of various participated bids periodically. 13. Updating registration of various bidding portals. 14. Anchor role between sales and the various department viz. Engineering, Operations (Support, Production & Projects) and the client to prepare a feasible economical and functional solution. 15. Should update self and team with technical advancements in the industry and continuously interacting with various OEMs to understand the available solutions they have. 16. Coordinating for proof of concept (PoC) and arranging various resources and coordinating with the OEM to arrange all the equipment required for successful execution of PoC. 17. Assisting reporting manager in various management reviews and updating the course of action in various cases. JOB SPECIFICATIONS 1. Proven experience in presales or technical sales within the security systems, surveillance, or optoelectronics sectors 2. Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and technical documentation, including site survey reporting 3. Strong expertise in network design and architecture for integrated security and surveillance solutions 4. Skilled in preparing technical presentations, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), Bill of Materials (BOM), and detailed proposal documentation 5. Experience in conducting product demonstrations and engaging with clients for solution presentation and support
