Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Chartered Accountant to work in Accounts and Finance function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and business partnering, with demonstrated expertise in financial control and budgets/MIS.

Reporting To :Head – Finance & Corporate

Key Responsibilities

Controllership

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts in line with Ind AS.

- Lead month-end/year-end Close, balance sheet review, and internal audits.

- Maintain internal controls, drive compliances, and manage statutory audits.

Compliance & Tax

- Oversee direct and indirect tax (GST, Customs) compliance and liaise with tax advisors.

- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, and relevant regulatory norms.

Automation & Tools

- Leverage ERP systems (Business Central/Tally) and FP&A tools (Power BI).

- Drive automation in reporting and cost allocation processes.

FP&A

- Prepare and own annual budgets.

- Conduct variance analysis and provide strategic insights.

- Develop financial models for scenario planning.

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting standards (Ind AS)
• Advanced Excel, MIS, and financial modeling skills
• Experience in handling audits, internal controls, and FP&A cycles
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
• Flexibility on moderate level of travel within India.

Qualifications

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) – First attempt preferred.
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience in a mid-to-large-sized organization
• Experience in controllership and FP&A domain.
