Management Trainee (Interns) – Multiple Functions (3 Months Unpaid + Performance Stipend from 4th Month) Location: Gurugram (Daily Office 5pm to 8pm) Duration: 6 Months (Minimum commitment of 3 months required) Stipend: Unpaid for 3 months; Performance-based stipend starting from 4th month Perks : Internship Certificate (After 3 and 6 months) Free Training & Hands-on Experience Free LinkedIn Premium (Sales Navigator Access) Modern Corporate Office Environment (2 days per week) Real-world Exposure to Corporate Operations Open Internship Positions (2 Interns Each): 1. HR - Recruitment & Onboarding Interns Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates Support onboarding activities: document collection, induction coordination, and team introductions Maintain candidate databases and help build talent pipelines Coordinate with hiring managers for requirement gathering and updates Skills Required: Strong communication skills Basic understanding of recruitment processes Organized and detail-oriented Interest in human resources and talent management 2. Business Development Interns (Water Ioniser Product Sales) Responsibilities: Identify and generate leads for water ioniser products Conduct product presentations and demonstrations Develop and maintain client relationships Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing and outreach strategies Skills Required: Interest in B2C/B2B sales Good persuasive and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a passion for health and wellness products Fluent in spoken and written English 3. Digital Marketing & Branding Interns Responsibilities: Assist in content creation, social media marketing, and brand communication Support SEO, SEM, and email marketing campaigns Work with tools like Canva, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and more Monitor and report analytics on performance and engagement Skills Required: Creativity and design sense Understanding of digital marketing platforms Basic knowledge of design and content creation tools Strong written communication skills 4. Customer Service Executive Interns (Sales & Support) Responsibilities: Handle customer queries and provide product-related assistance Support after-sales follow-ups and feedback collection Maintain CRM records and ensure timely resolution of concerns Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Patience and problem-solving attitude Ability to work in a dynamic team environment Customer-first mindset 5.
