Founder's Office Internship: Shape the Future - Building a Startup from Scratch (6 Months) Step into the dynamic world of startup creation with HCDS Technologies' exclusive Founder's Office Internship! This immersive 6-month program offers ambitious undergraduate students a rare opportunity to work closely with the founding team, gaining invaluable insights and contributing directly to building a startup from its nascent stages to a product-ready state. As a selected trainee in the Founder's Office, you will be integral to strategic planning, execution, and problem-solving. Simultaneously, you will enroll in a specialized course offered by our partners, Microsoft and EnternPryz, designed to provide you with the foundational knowledge and skills essential for startup success. This comprehensive course, delivered in conjunction with your practical experience at HCDS Technologies, requires a one-time investment of INR 50,000 or monthly installments of INR 10,000 for 6 months, payable directly to EnternPryz. Throughout your internship, HCDS Technologies will empower you with complimentary enterprise-grade resources to develop your projects and construct a robust professional portfolio. From the first month, you'll gain access to Commercial Microsoft 365, including tools like Planner, Teams, Engage, Premium Learning, Remote Mentor, and the complete Microsoft Office business suite, with opportunities to earn up to 10 badges. The second month unlocks access to Commercial Power BI Premium Pro, Dynamics 365, and LinkedIn Premium (Sales Navigator). You'll also engage with the initial five trainee projects under dedicated mentorship, with another 20 badges awaiting your achievements. In the third month, your resources expand to include Enterprise-grade GitHub Enterprise Premium and access to our collaborative office spaces in Gurugram, Noida, Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, and Mumbai for one day each week. You'll also gain access to Enterprise-grade Azure Cloud Infrastructure and the chance to earn 10 more badges, alongside engaging in team-building activities. Further enriching your experience, you'll participate in monthly technical workshops at Microsoft or Google in Gurugram, receiving event/workshop participation certificates and special goodies. By the fourth month, you'll establish your professional online presence with a personal URL and website. Beyond your core responsibilities, you'll have opportunities to earn referral incentives/stipends by promoting HCDS Technologies' offerings and for bringing new talent to our trainee program. Access to the final five trainee projects and continued mentorship will be provided in the sixth month. Upon successful completion, you can earn total incentives/stipends ranging from INR 50,000 to INR 90,000 from HCDS Technologies, based on project completion, sales contributions, and referrals. You will also receive a Founder's Office Internship Certificate and a Recommendation Letter to enhance your future career prospects. A total of 50 badges will be issued for completing enterprise-grade resource-specific learning tracks. Important Note: Candidates must bring their own laptops. The startup building course by EnternPryz and the Founder's Office Internship at HCDS Technologies are distinct but concurrent programs.
