About the job: Position overview: We're seeking a creative, execution-focused Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) - Marketing who will work directly with our Co-Founder to build our brand across digital channels, in-venue experiences, and press opportunities. Key responsibilities: 1. Content Creation & Social Media (Primary Focus - 60%) Develop and execute a high-cadence content calendar across relevant platforms Create engaging, shareable social content that drives organic growth without direct product advertising Produce photography and video assets that tell our brand story while navigating alcohol marketing restrictions Manage community engagement and respond to audience interactions Track social metrics and optimize content strategy based on performance 2. Experiential & Trade Marketing (25%) Design compelling shopper marketing experiences and point-of-sale collateral Coordinate co-branded events with bar and retail partners Execute sampling activations and brand experiences Build relationships with on-premise accounts and support their promotional needs Contribute to trade show and industry event planning 3.
