Management Trainee

• Assist in counselling prospective candidates for maritime and offshore training programs.
• Coordinate with candidates during the registration and documentation stage.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, application trackers, and follow-up logs.
• Ensure timely submission of candidate details to the admissions team and official email channels.
• Collect, verify, and organize candidate documents in line with prescribed checklists.
• Prepare admission-related documents, summaries, and internal reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy at all times.
• Assist in preparing presentations, brochures, and information decks for admissions, seminars, and meetings.
• Support the creation and updating of admission materials as per guidelines.
• Ensure professional formatting and consistency in all documentation and presentations.
• Assist in day-to-day maritime admission and coordination activities.
• Support planning and execution of seminars, counselling sessions, and outreach activities.
• Maintain basic understanding of maritime programs, timelines, and admission workflows.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
• Ability to prepare structured presentations and reports.
• Basic understanding of admission processes (training will be provided).

Communication Skills

• Clear and professional verbal and written communication in English.
• Ability to explain program details to candidates in a polite and confident manner.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Management, Commerce, or related fields.
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of experience may apply.
• Prior exposure to admissions, education consulting, or operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
