Job Summary

MIS Executive

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Analyze data and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Create dashboards, performance trackers, and business reports.
Collect data from various departments and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Manage and maintain databases and internal records.
Automate reports to improve efficiency using Excel formulas/Macros.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for report requirements.
Identify data gaps, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data quality.
Support operational and management teams with custom report generation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
1–3 years of experience as MIS Executive or similar role.
Strong proficiency in
MS Excel
(VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation, Advanced Formulas).
Knowledge of
Google Sheets
and basic SQL (preferred).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle large datasets and maintain data accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
Power BI / Tableau
(added advantage).
Basic understanding of CRM/ERP systems.
Knowledge of VBA/Macros.
