Job Title: MIS Executive Location: Khajaguda, Hyderabad Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage and deliver timely, accurate, and actionable management information reports. The ideal candidate will support decision-making processes by analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to enhance business performance. Key Responsibilities: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management. Analyze data to highlight trends, issues, and performance gaps. Maintain and update Excel sheets, dashboards, and databases. Coordinate with various departments to collect, validate, and verify data. Create automation sheets, formulas, and macros to streamline reporting processes. Generate reports including sales, inventory, financial, and operational performance. Present detailed insights and recommendations for performance improvement. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely reporting. Support management with ad-hoc data requests and analyses. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field. Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and macros. Experience in data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy. Good communication and coordination skills. Preferred: Knowledge of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Prior experience in MIS reporting or operations support.
