The Loan Administration Manager will lead a team responsible for processing of agent bank notices of syndicated loans in loan platforms. This role requires blend of strong managerial skills and technical knowledge and will be instrumental in building a high-performing team, designing robust processes, and implementing efficiency improvements across the loan function. Will be the first level managerial role and will be responsible for the accurate deliverables and the people involved. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in funds administration, a strong background in loan admin processes, and a proven track record in managing large-scale transitions and process optimization initiatives.
