Legal Associate

Role Overview: As a Legal Support Specialist at Aurangabad (NSSB), your main role is to provide strong contracting and legal support to the business/procurement teams on all operations and activities of the Company. You will be responsible for offering effective legal support in contract structuring, preparation, and negotiation. Additionally, you will draft contract templates for all lines of business of the organization and deal with International Sales teams from Europe, Middle East, and Asia for various RFPs/RFQs. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strong contracting and legal support to the business/procurement teams - Offer effective legal support in contract structuring, preparation, and negotiation - Draft contract templates for all lines of business - Deal with International Sales teams from Europe, Middle East, and Asia for various RFPs/RFQs - Provide general legal advice and support to other functions such as human resources, finance, IT, admin, corporate services, and real estate management - Assist in evaluations and conducting thorough due diligence for all deals and transactions - Develop and implement appropriate risk-mitigation strategies - Manage customer contracts and enforce them from a legal perspective - Evaluate the impact of evolving legal and statutory regulations - Ensure compliance with applicable laws, consents, regulations, and Company policies Qualifications Required: - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to draft and close commercial agreements independently and efficiently - Strong organizational and interpersonal skills - Proactive with excellent research and analytical skills - Ability to work effectively with business teams and senior management - Knowledge of applicable statutes and laws - Preferably from a corporate/industry background About the Company: STL is a leading global optical and digital solutions company offering advanced offerings to build 5G, Rural, FTTx, Enterprise, and Data Centre networks.
