Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Associate, based in Bhubaneswar. The Legal Associate will be responsible for legal research, preparing legal documents, and analyzing legal issues. The role requires active participation in client consultations, representation in court proceedings, and collaboration with the legal team to build strong legal strategies. The Legal Associate will also ensure adherence to legal protocols and compliance requirements while maintaining excellent communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Law, including Corporate, Civil, and Criminal Litigation
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and drafting
• Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate legal issues effectively
• Strong Communication skills, including written and verbal, to interact with clients and present cases
• Relevant academic qualifications such as an LLB/LLM degree
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and demonstrate attention to detail
• Experience with Indian legal systems and practices is highly preferred
