The Deal Strategy Senior Analyst will be responsible for providing deal structuring, pricing support, and risk review for the Commercial business across multiple regions. This individual will also assist in structuring contracts and product solutions to cater to specific customer needs, as well as contribute to scaling the Deal Strategy function internally. Responsibilities: - Analyze and evaluate deal pricing requests using both quantitative and qualitative criteria - Make pricing approval decisions and manage communication with sales representatives and sales managers in a timely manner while ensuring compliance - Manage daily quote approvals, non-standard deal requirements, and deal review cycles - Challenge existing practices by making recommendations that drive price increases and reduce discounts - Develop sales enablement materials to educate Sales on best practices for product pricing and positioning - Cultivate cross-functional relationships to gain insights into products, competition, and the market landscape - Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Operations teams to enhance contract terms and facilitate deal closures - Demonstrate a deep understanding of customers and their utilization of Salesforce products - Uphold compliance with internal controls - Assist in creating Professional Services deal reviews and accurate risk profiles with detailed supporting KPIs and risk mitigations - Support sales teams by providing guidance on policies, processes, risk identification, and mitigation strategies - Document findings, risks, and key financial details post-deal review, and provide recommendations for deal approval - Conduct project/engagement reviews to evaluate status, risks, necessary interventions, and customer satisfaction - Contribute to the sales feedback loop by sharing insights and enabling continuous improvement in deal development - Develop easily understandable materials for stakeholders and executives showcasing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance services risk management strategy - Participate in internal projects or infrastructure development as required Required Skills/Experience: - 7+ years of professional work experience - Strong analytical background with proficiency in problem-solving, profitability analysis, and pricing strategy - Experience in managing pricing approvals and working with sales teams in a deal desk or commercial-selling capacity - Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey concepts clearly across all organizational levels - High level of fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening) - Capacity to build relationships and collaborate effectively to drive results - Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in high-pressure environments - Hands-on approach and readiness to identify areas for improvement and propose necessary changes - Comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced business environment Desired Skills/Experience: - Preferred experience in pricing strategy, sales financial analysis, consulting, professional services risk review, and procurement with expertise in structuring pricing for mid-to-large contracts,
