L&D Specialist at Times Internet Limited- Delivery-Led, Outcome-Focused

Learning at TIL is built, shipped, and iterated—just like our products. As anL&D Specialist, you’ll design content, ensure smooth running of day to day L&D, partner closely with stakeholders, and continuously improve based on what works. This role is for someone who enjoys being close to the ground and accountable for outcomes, not just frameworks.


What you’ll actually do:

  • Manage learning programs end-to-end—build content, facilitate sessions, partner with business teams, and continuously refine based on real on-the-job outcomes
  • Ship learning like a product—design content, deliver programs, gather feedback, and iterate until it works in the real world
  • Have a strong focus on process efficiency, stakeholder alignment, and data-backed improvement—minimizing manual work, maximizing value

Project Management/Training Delivery

  1. Assist in the coordination and administration of Learning and Development (L&D) programs.
  2. Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and events.
  3. Communicate with employees regarding training schedules and requirements.
  4. Provide administrative support to the L&D team.
  5. Maintain the learning and development calendar and related schedules, ensuring that all deadlines and timelines are met.
  6. Data , Process improvement and cost optimization - Maintain training records and databases.
  7. Stakeholder and partner mgmt. - Liaises with a wide range of external contacts and internal stakeholders to ensure the efficient and smooth running of L&D administration
  8. Training Needs Identification
  9. Creating Learning Content - Assist in the preparation of learning and development program materials, including PowerPoint presentations, handouts, and other support materials.

Must-haves:

  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, out of which L&D has been one of the experiences mandatorily
  • Has run L&D programs end to end- planning, governance, timelines, risks, dependencies
  • Comfortable working with senior business leaders, HRBPs, vendors, and internal teams including enabling functions like Admin and IT
  • Uses metrics beyond attendance- program completion, adoption, engagement signals, capability movement
  • Can manage multiple programs/ tasks simultaneously

Good to haves:

  • Experience using LMS, LXP, workflow tools, dashboards, or basic automation to reduce manual coordination and reporting
  • Exposure and/or experience with G-Suite
  • Exposure and/or experience of working with AI tools and questions “Why are we still doing this manually?”
  • Can manage external learning partners and associated teams with clarity on scope, outcomes, and cost
  • Facilitation skills nice but not necessary- Can step in when needed, but doesn’t see facilitation as the core value they bring to the role
  • Values the competencies of “being able to figure things out” and problem solving
