Role & responsibilities - Training Coordination: Plan, schedule, and execute internal and external training programs. - Induction Management: Design and deliver engaging induction programs for new hires. - Vendor Management: Identify, liaise, and manage external trainers and training partners. - Program Design: Develop and implement learning modules aligned with business needs. - Tracking & Reporting: Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate records. - Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with managers and teams to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 3-7 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training Coordination. - Strong knowledge of training design and delivery methodologies. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple programs independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with LMS tools (preferred).
Role & responsibilities Ensure that all interactions are logged in ServiceNow, updated, and progressed to resolution where possible. Where a first-time fix is not available, ensure the customer is informed on progress as defined in the SLA and service design. Be part of the Tech-Bar rota which is our walk-up IT Service. You will need to be able to resolve customer IT support queries on a wide range of technologies. (where applicable) You will take ownership of Bupa incidents, providing a face-to-face first-time fault resolution where possible and advice and guidance on Bupa IT policies and process. Establish, develop, and maintain credible working relationships with business contacts, being an ambassador for IT at Bupa. Liaise with 3rd parties where appropriate to ensure the continuity of exceptional service standards are met. Follow ITIL based incident and problem management procedures to ensure a cost effective and efficient service. Preferred candidate profile Technical knowledge and experience supporting and/or using Microsoft desktop products including but not limited to Windows 11 and Apple Mac OS, Office 365 and associated products and services such as Genesys PureCloud, MS Teams, Yammer, Intune, Microsoft autopilot, Nexthink, SharePoint etc. Understanding of infrastructure components (e.g., Network, Exchange, Citrix as applicable)
