Job Description

Lead Soft Skills & L&D

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and deliver
soft skills training for IT / Computer Science graduates
(communication, professional etiquette, collaboration, presentation skills).
Design and implement
L&D programs for IT / Computer Science graduates
, aligning training with organizational and project needs.
Manage, mentor, and evaluate
trainers and facilitators
.
Conduct training needs analysis and measure training effectiveness for graduate programs.
Partner with HR, tech teams, and leadership to support
onboarding and continuous learning initiatives
.
Develop training content, learning modules, and assessment frameworks.
Own end-to-end delivery and quality of
graduate training initiatives
.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent
verbal and written communication skills
.
Proven experience in
training and developing IT / Computer Science graduates
.
Strong exposure to
Learning & Development practices
.
Experience in
leading or managing trainers
.
Ability to engage, mentor, and coach early-career technical talent.
Technical graduation (IT, Computer Science, B.Sc. Electronics, or equivalent).

Nice to Have:

Experience in
IT / technology services organizations
.
Exposure to
campus-to-corporate or graduate onboarding programs
.
Relevant
training or facilitation certifications
