Job Title: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager Learning & Development

Job Purpose:

To design, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives, including soft skills training content, to enhance employee capability and support organisational growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) in coordination with business and HR teams
  
• Design and execute technical, behavioral, leadership, and soft skills training programs
  
• Develop training content and modules for soft skills on a need basis
  
• Coordinate internal and external trainers, training calendars, and logistics
  
• Drive induction and onboarding programs for new joiners
  
• Monitor training effectiveness and prepare training MIS reports and dashboards
  
• Manage training vendors, budgets, and related documentation
  
• Maintain training records, certifications, and statutory compliance data
  
• Support digital learning initiatives and LMS administration (if applicable)
  
• Partner with plant HR teams for rollout of training programs across locations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong understanding of Learning & Development processes
• Experience in training needs analysis, program execution, and vendor management
• Good presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional stakeholders

Education & Experience

• Qualification:

  Post Graduate only MBA (HR / Training / Organizational Development preferred)

• Experience:

  4 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development (manufacturing / industrial setup preferred)
