We are expanding our HR team and inviting strong L&D professionals to join us in shaping capability-building initiatives across the organization.


Role: Learning & Development (L&D)

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and evaluate learning programs across functions
  • Conduct behavioral, functional, and compliance training sessions
  • Drive training calendars, attendance, feedback, and assessments
  • Coordinate with external trainers, institutes, and vendors
  • Identify capability gaps and create targeted development interventions
  • Support onboarding & induction programs
  • Maintain LMS / training MIS and ensure documentation compliance


🎓 Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
  • 3–7 years of experience in Learning & Development
  • Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Ability to engage diverse teams, including frontline workforce
  • Experience in Pharma/FMCG/Wellness is an added advantage
