Paramount Campus to Corporate Program (PCCP)

Key Responsibilities

PCCP Program Management

• Manage the

  end-to-end execution

  of the PCCP, including planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation.
• Liaise with

  universities, students, faculty, and internal teams

  to ensure smooth implementation of the program.
• Coordinate with

  industry experts and mentors

  for live sessions, mentorship, and projects.
• Ensure timely delivery of program milestones, assessments, and capstone projects.
• Monitor learner engagement, attendance, and completion metrics.
• Maintain and update program content in collaboration with cybersecurity professionals.
• Collect feedback and continuously improve the learner experience.
• Manage certification, placement coordination, and alumni engagement for PCCP graduates.

Learning & Development (L&D)

• Support design and delivery of

  learning interventions

  for internal teams and external partners as needed,
• Coordinate with

  subject matter experts (SMEs)

  to develop training materials and workshops.
• Track and analyse

  training effectiveness

  , feedback, and learning outcomes.
• Support implementation of new

  digital learning initiatives

  and tools.
• Contribute to

  content design

  for blended learning (self-paced, instructor-led, peer learning).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (Masters preferred) in

  HR, Education, Business, or related field

  .
• 1-2 years of experience in

  program management, training operations, or L&D roles

  .
• Experience working with

  academic institutions or corporate training programs

  is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with

  Learning Management Systems (LMS)

  and e-learning tools.
• Passion for

  education, learning, and cybersecurity upskilling

  .
