Role Overview:

The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business-critical data across departments. The role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and relevance of management reports that support strategic and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management & Reporting

Generate, automate, and distribute daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports for management.
Prepare dashboards, KPIs, and variance analysis for performance tracking.

Analysis & Insights

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Support management in business forecasting, planning, and cost optimization exercises.

Process Improvement

Design, develop, and implement automated reporting solutions to reduce manual efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes and data quality.
Recommend system/process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy.

Compliance & Accuracy

Ensure data integrity, security, and confidentiality at all times.
Adhere to compliance standards and internal audit requirements in reporting.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Proficiency in
MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot tables, Macros)
, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail with accuracy in numbers and reports.
Ability to work with large data sets and complex reporting structures.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Team-oriented, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
