We are seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager (E-commerce) to drive end-to-end supply chain operations for our e-commerce vertical, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and customer delight. Key Responsibilities: E-commerce Supply Chain Management Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations for online sales channels (B2C, B2B, marketplaces, and D2C). Manage demand planning, order fulfillment, inventory optimization, and last-mile delivery. Inventory & Warehouse Operations Monitor stock levels across warehouses and e-commerce platforms. Coordinate with 3PL partners, logistics vendors, and internal teams for timely replenishment. Implement best practices in storage, handling, and dispatch with strict adherence to pharma regulatory norms. Vendor & Logistics Coordination Build and manage relationships with courier, logistics, and warehousing partners. Negotiate contracts, monitor SLAs, and drive cost optimization without compromising service quality. Regulatory Compliance Ensure compliance with pharma supply chain norms including cold chain management, product traceability, and record-keeping. Coordinate with QA/RA teams for audits, approvals, and documentation. Process Excellence & Technology Implement automation tools, ERP, and dashboards for real-time visibility into supply chain operations. Leverage SAP S/4 HANA for inventory, procurement, order management, and reporting. Drive continuous improvement projects (TAT reduction, cost control, error minimization). Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and IT teams to align supply chain with business objectives. Qualifications & Skills MBA/PGDM in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field. 6–10 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in pharma, FMCG, or e-commerce sector.
