About Us:


Product Manager – Trade Generics


Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activity to derive actionable insights.
  • Plan and execute trade-focused marketing campaigns, schemes, and collateral.
  • Collaborate with Sales Officers and distributors to enhance SKU performance and channel engagement.
  • Support new product development and pipeline strategy in coordination with R&D and regulatory teams.
  • Conduct field visits to capture market feedback, competitor insights, and campaign effectiveness.


Performance Goals:

  • Achieve minimum QME of ₹2 Cr/month per SKU and maintain top 10 category positions.
  • Support SO productivity and market expansion in trade channels.
  • Drive market share growth in target therapy segments.


Requirements:

  • B.Pharm/B.Sc. + MBA (Marketing preferred)
  • 4–7 years in pharmaceutical marketing, with 2+ years in trade generics or generics pharma
  • Strong analytical, planning, and execution skills with channel marketing experience
