As a Scripting and Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and debugging Google Apps Scripts to automate workflows across Google Workspace, with a primary focus on Google Sheets. Your key responsibilities will include: - Automating repetitive tasks such as data importing, cleaning, formatting, and calculations to enhance efficiency and reduce manual errors. - Creating custom functions and user interfaces within Google Sheets to improve functionality for non-technical users. - Integrating Google Sheets with other Google services and external APIs to build end-to-end solutions. You will also be involved in reporting and data analysis, where you will: - Design, create, and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using Google Sheets and Google Looker Studio to provide stakeholders with key insights. - Collect data from various sources, perform validation and quality checks, and analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Collaborate with different departments to understand reporting needs and deliver customized data solutions. Additionally, you will be responsible for documentation and training by: - Providing technical support and training to end-users on the tools and reports developed. - Creating and maintaining detailed documentation of all scripts, reporting processes, and data sources. - Establishing and implementing best practices for data management and spreadsheet hygiene across the organization.
