About the Role


We are seeking a seasoned Learning & Development professional to lead the design, execution, and governance of learning initiatives across the organization. This role will have a strong focus on B2B sales capability building and Induction program, soft skills enhancement, and leadership development. The individual will serve as a strategic partner to the Sales leadership and business heads, ensuring that learning solutions that drive measurable performance improvements, and build a culture of continuous development.


Key Responsibilities


1. Training Needs Analysis - Partner with sales leadership and business heads to assess capability gaps with emphasis on B2B sales.

2. Program Design & Delivery

  • Develop and deliver structured B2B sales training programs, including consultative and solution selling approaches. Design and manage a comprehensive induction program to ensure new hires are effectively onboarded and equipped with foundational business knowledge.
  • Facilitate soft skills programs for the organization.
  • Apply blended methodologies - workshops, simulations, case studies, role-plays, virtual modules.
  • Act as a coach to sales managers and high-potential talent, supporting their professional development and performance improvement.
  • 3. Content Development & Management

    • Create and maintain B2B sales playbooks, training decks, facilitator guides, and induction materials.
    • Ensure content reflects evolving industry practices, customer needs, and organizational priorities.
    • Identify relevant digital learning platforms and tools to scale L&D.



    What We Are Looking For


    • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with expertise in

      B2B sales training and soft skills development.

    • Deep understanding of the B2B sales process and challenges across prospecting, negotiation, and account management.
    • Experience driving measurable business impact through training and coaching interventions.
    • Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and digital learning platforms.
    • Experience in linking training outcomes with sales productivity and revenue performance
