Learning and Development Manager

As a Learning and Development Manager at Kondaas Automation Private Limited, your primary responsibility will be to identify training needs, create effective learning programs, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning within the organization. You will collaborate closely with leadership and various departments to enhance employee skills, performance, and career development. Your key responsibilities will include assessing current and future training needs through job analysis and consultations, designing and implementing training programs and workshops, evaluating program effectiveness, and collaborating with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver learning initiatives. You will also be responsible for managing learning budgets, tracking training participation and effectiveness metrics, and supporting onboarding and orientation programs for new hires. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in L&D or talent development roles, a strong grasp of instructional design and adult learning principles, excellent communication and project management skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and influence stakeholders. Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools would be advantageous.
