Urgent opening for Marketing Manager- Solar company with Good salary and Attractive Incentives Office location: Near Hopes, Coimbatore We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Marketing Manager to lead, plan, execute, and optimize all marketing strategies across digital and field channels. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in SEO, SEM, digital marketing, content creation, graphic design, and offline marketing initiatives . This role demands a creative thinker with strong analytical abilities and leadership qualities. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals. Manage campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery and optimal ROI. Allocate and manage marketing budgets effectively. Digital Marketing (Online) Plan and execute all SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Optimize website and landing pages for search engine ranking and user experience. Analyze digital data and user behavior to continuously improve campaigns. Content & Creative Development Oversee and contribute to high-quality content writing across platforms: blogs, website, brochures, etc. Coordinate with graphic designers to produce engaging visuals and creatives. Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels. Field & Offline Marketing Plan and execute offline campaigns including exhibitions, trade shows, field activations, and promotional events. Collaborate with sales teams for regional marketing support. Develop and manage print marketing materials (flyers, banners, catalogues, etc.) Team & Vendor Management Manage internal marketing team, freelancers, and external agencies. Coordinate with cross-functional departments including Sales, Product, and Customer Support. Performance Tracking & Reporting Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns. Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven work experience (7+ years) as a Marketing Manager or similar role. Proficient in SEO tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs), and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.). Hands-on experience with content management systems, design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite), and email marketing software. Strong knowledge of offline marketing strategy and execution. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
