Sharada Estates is a premium real estate developer crafting luxury apartments in Tirunelveli. We are building a strong, design-led brand and are looking for a Marketing Associate who can own marketing execution end-to-end from content creation to campaign coordination and early-stage lead qualification.

This role is perfect for someone who is both creative and operationally strong, with a solid understanding of real-estate buyers, project positioning, and luxury communication.

Key Responsibilities

Content, Branding & Campaign Execution

• Plan, create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Write clear, compelling copy for captions, brochures, newsletters, WhatsApp updates, and property communication.
• Create and maintain marketing assets: brochures, one-pagers, stack elevations, property highlight sheets, launch decks, project videos (in coordination with vendors).
• Maintain a structured content/calendar system ensuring timely publishing and campaign roll-outs.
• Manage website and SEO
• Support paid campaign execution 
• ad creatives, landing pages, UTM tracking, basic analytics and weekly reporting.
• Coordinate with photographers/videographers for site shoots, walkthroughs and creative briefs.

Lead Management & Initial Qualification

• Receive and review leads from campaigns, website forms, walk-ins, and social channels.
• Make initial follow-up calls to qualify interest, answer basic project queries, and gauge readiness.
• Maintain a neat CRM workflow — tagging, segmenting, adding notes, and following up on warm leads.
• Forward high-intent prospects to the Sales Team with context and lead notes to improve conversions. Make initial call to understand requirements of leads
• Share weekly insights on lead quality, objections, and frequently asked questions.

Cross-team Coordination & Market Insights

• Work closely with the Sales Team, Site Team and Management to keep messaging aligned.
• Conduct light market and competitor research (pricing, amenities, branding, new launches) to support positioning.
• Perform quality checks across all marketing and brand touchpoints to ensure consistency.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience

  in marketing coordination, content creation, or brand execution — ideally in

  real estate, construction, or premium/luxury brands

  .
• Strong copywriting, visual sense, and ability to convert ideas into polished output.
• Proficient in Canva and AI tools. Comfortable with CRM tools (Zoho).
• Strong communication skills —

  English + Tamil

  (essential for local market buyers).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate with internal teams.
• Must be based in

  Tirunelveli

  or willing to work onsite full time.
