Role Description

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to join our team in Chennai for a full-time, on-site role. The Marketing Manager will oversee marketing strategies and campaigns, including fostering brand development, planning and executing marketing plans, evaluating market trends, and analyzing customer needs to drive sales and growth. This role includes collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing budgets, overseeing content creation, and optimizing marketing activities to ensure a strong market presence and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strong B2B lead generation through targeted campaigns and outreach
• Lead 

  offline marketing

   initiatives including exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events
• Build 

  content marketing

   programs that position Tekiknow as a thought leader
• Execute 

  strategic brand-building

   across all customer touchpoints
• Conduct 

  market research & competitor intelligence

   to support business decisions
• Collaborate with sales, applications, and leadership teams for 

  cross-functional execution

• Ensure clear, compelling communication in all marketing materials

Qualification

• Experience in B2B marketing within technical or engineering domains
• Strong skills in offline events, branding, and campaign execution
• Ability to create impactful content—posts, videos, case studies, and technical stories
• Analytical mindset for market insights, trends, and competition tracking
• Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
