Our Client a Leading MALL in Coimbatore is looking for a Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase footfall, enhance tenant sales, and strengthen the malls brand presence. This role involves managing promotional campaigns, events, digital marketing, and partnerships to ensure the mall remains a premier shopping and lifestyle destination.

Develop annual marketing plans aligned with the malls business objectives.

• Conduct market research to understand customer behavior and competitor activities.

Position the mall as a leading retail and entertainment hub.

• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

• Promotions & Events

• Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, festivals, and special events to drive traffic.
• Collaborate with tenants for joint promotions and in-store activities.

• Digital & Social Media Marketing

• Manage the malls website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
• Create engaging content to boost online visibility and customer engagement.

• Public Relations & Partnerships

• Build relationships with media, influencers, and local communities.
• Partner with brands, organizations, and sponsors for collaborative campaigns.

• Budget & Reporting

• Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
• Track ROI of campaigns and provide regular performance reports to managemen

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail, mall, or hospitality marketing.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Creative mindset with ability to design innovative campaigns.
• Increase in mall footfall and tenant sales.
• Growth in social media engagement and online presence.
• Successful execution of events and campaigns.
