Job Requirements Evaluate the different technology options available in the market. This involves comparing features, benefits, and costs, and making recommendations based on the specific needs of the retail system. Understanding and analysing the business requirements for various retail systems-POS, Customer Order Management , customer relationship management, Gold Scheme System (GHS System), Jewellery Service Team etc. Drafting “Functional Specification Document” based on the inputs of end users – Retail, Commercial & other teams Conducting rigorous testing to identify and fix any bugs or issues in the retail system functionalities.
