We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Marketing team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our SKINN line of fragrance products.


Qualifications

Preferably MBA


Experience

6-7 years


Technical Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Excel
  • Basic knowledge of use of PPT

Tasks & Deliverables

  • Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for SKINN, in line with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, trends, and competition in the accessories market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, production, and sales to develop and launch new products.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and ensure timely delivery of products to the market.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions for product improvements and enhancements.
  • Develop and manage product budgets, pricing strategies, and profitability targets.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective product positioning, messaging, and promotional strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and retail partners.
  • Stay updated with industry developments and trends to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
