Learning and Development Manager

Position: Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Learning & Development (L&D)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic L&D professional to design, implement, and drive impactful learning initiatives aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in planning and conducting behavioral, soft skills, and functional training programs in a manufacturing setup.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify training needs and develop annual training calendars.
• Design and deliver learning programs across departments.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and enhance program quality.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer workshops.
• Manage the L&D budget and support other HR functions.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Master’s / PG in HR with 10+ years’ experience in L&D (Manufacturing preferred).
• Proven ability to deliver training sessions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong knowledge of modern learning tools and methods.
