Job Description – Pricing & Cost Analyst Location: Pune Department: Commercial / Program Management / Finance Reporting To: Pricing Lead / Program Finance Head Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed cost sheets for client proposals, incorporating material, labor, overheads, markups, and forex impacts. • Collaborate with delivery, procurement, and engineering teams to validate costing assumptions. • Support pricing strategy formulation for new bids, contract renewals, and change requests. • Maintain and update pricing templates, cost models, rate cards, and margin calculators. • Analyze historical cost trends and pricing benchmarks to drive competitive pricing. • Ensure adherence to internal pricing frameworks and client-specific financial guidelines. • Participate in deal desk discussions, pricing approvals, and client negotiations as required.
