As an HR Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Business Engagement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include creating and implementing frameworks to enhance employee performance, upskill talent, and foster a positive work environment conducive to engagement. In terms of Performance Management, you will be tasked with developing and executing an effective Goal Setting & KPI Framework aligned with business objectives. You will lead half-yearly and yearly performance reviews, ensuring transparency and fairness throughout the process. Providing guidance to both managers and employees on performance improvement strategies will be essential, along with monitoring and analyzing performance metrics to identify trends and areas for development. A strong understanding of goal setting frameworks (OKRs/KPIs), performance reviews, and training methodologies is required. Experience in designing and executing employee engagement programs, along with excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
